Enhanced Access Service
We support PCNs in delivering bespoke Enhanced Access services that supplement your current capacity or serve the entire contract.
The EA service is GP led comprising of GPs, ANPs and ARRS professionals. Triaging and signposting to the most appropriate professional drives efficiencies.
Our platform offers online appointments and reminders to patients. The platform also manages all patient communications such as service changes, campaigning around virtual clinics for long-term condition reviews and health checks.
Our service comprises an optimal mix of same-day and routine care appointments to help PCNs maximise QOF and IIF around the clock

More reasons you should choose Medloop
1. Triage and treat
Our ‘triage and treat system’ means that your staff don’t have to spend time triaging patients and adding them to a specific clinician’s calendar. All they have to do is drop the patients into a list and then we’ll do the rest!
2. Minimising referrals back into normal hours
If a patient needs a follow-up, we’ll offer the patient another appointment in extended hours. This minimises tasking back to your in-hours service.
3. Optimise review
Attain maximum QOF points by using our team of registered nurses to complete quality patient reviews remotely without the need for expensive locums.
Fully compliant with all EA criteria
