Product Designer (part-time) (m/w/d)

• 3 years of comprehensive experience as a UX Conceptioner ideally in a similar environment
• An appreciation of the entire product development process, from understanding user needs/pains, mapping out the ideal journey through to detailed UI and visual design
• Ability to plan and conduct research to understand user needs/pains, validate work-flows with stakeholders and conduct usability testing to inform product iterations and feature prioritisation
• Good knowledge of relevant design software, such as: Photoshop and Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Axure, Sketch and/or Zeplin
• Ability to think strategically about the bigger picture whilst passionate (and happy!) about delivering detailed wireframes
• User-centric approach: understanding users is fundamental to us. We expect you to bring this mindset to the team together with a breadth of expertise across the UX and service design skills and tasks (i.e. Understanding personas, Mapping the future journey for patients, iterative design…)
• Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team including product managers, and software developers.
• A portfolio of work demonstrating experience managing the design of complex systems across multiple platforms, including mobile.
• Good understanding of all things related to iOS and/or Android user interfaces
• A proven track record of well-documented work with focus on UI and UX for web and mobile technologies in your portfolio
• Solid skills and experience with the most common methods and tools in your field, such as Prototyping, User Flows, etc.
• Experience in startup-like environments and remote-work
• An open mind, quick learning ability and structured way of thinking
• Ability to prioritise and organise yourself in hectic times
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English
• You are based in the UK
